The Challenge
lucie offers concierge-style beauty and wellness services designed for clients who value privacy, convenience and a more elevated experience — from facials and IV drips to manicures, hair and more, all delivered in the comfort of their own home. When we started working together, the focus was on refining their Instagram presence so it felt more professional, more cohesive and more in line with the premium nature of the services they offer.
Our Strategy
We started by reworking the overall look and feel of Lucie’s Instagram grid to create a more elevated and cohesive visual identity. From there, the project evolved into 3 months of social media management to maintain that stronger presence and continue showcasing more of their services in a clear, intentional way. Our role included creating the content strategy, planning content days around that strategy, covering selected brand events, and editing both reels and imagery to ensure the feed stayed visually consistent.
